I was riding by there on my bike just after sunset and I heard kids laughing.

But there was nobody there, and the merry-go-round was spinning all on its own.

What Willow was talking about is the old Grimsbridge Grammar School.

It had sat empty for about a decade after the school district built a new grammar school on the other side of town.
