Today, we're exploring the world of Skeleton Creek. Where to even begin?

About a month ago, I started reading a series of books called Skeleton Creek.

You might have heard of them because I've been pretty obsessed for the past few weeks.

It's all I've been reading.

And the rabbit hole keeps going deeper and deeper.

The book series is about a place called Skeleton Creek and a haunted dredge that still sits in the town today.

There are two main characters, Ryan and Sarah, but the really amazing thing about the story is how it's told.

That's what first caught me interested.

So this Ryan character is this teenager who writes in a journal all about how he's sure

Skeleton Creek is haunted, my kind of guy.

He tells all about an old dredge in town, one of those giant machines that used to dredge

up the earth looking for gold.

Anyway, according to Ryan, someone died in that dredge.

His name was old Joe Bush, who got pulled into the giant gears of the dredge.

People in town would claim they hear a tapping sound like Morris Code in the middle of the night.

The tapping was like a pipe on metal, and it came from the dredge itself.

That's interesting because the dredge was so loud when it was running.
