This is it! We've finally reached the third, and final, part of our "Severed: Origins" deep dive into the 1985 movie "Brazil." If this is the first installment you've found for "Brazil", STOP HERE!! You need to go back and find parts One and Two before you wade into this.

Enjoy, refiners! Tons of interesting new goodies to lay on you about this storied film. We get to break down the coolest scene Terry Gilliam has ever shot as a director AND we attend Alma Terrain's weird funeral. It's gonna be a big day!!

0:56.0	It's time to get back into it. No recap, but as usual, huge spoilers for Terry Gilliam's
1:01.3	1985 movie, Brazil. If you've somehow found this installment first, you definitely need to go

1:14.8	Last we'd left, our intrepid government drone, Sam Lowry.
1:18.8	He'd managed to jump on the biggest street legal semi in the world and get in the cab with Jill Layton.
1:24.9	She's the woman who lived above Archibald Buttle and happens to
1:28.1	look like the girl from Sam's fantasies. This is an important distinction to keep in your head as we go
1:33.4	through these next scenes. Sam thinks he knows this woman. He thinks he's in love with this woman.
1:39.7	Jill does not know Sam as anything more than the government functionary who delivered a check to Mrs.
1:45.7	Buttle and who just claimed to have arrested her in the lobby of information retrieval.
1:50.9	She does not like this man, not for any personal reason, but because of what he represents in the government.
1:58.1	Sam tries to reason with her, telling her how much trouble she's in.
2:01.6	You are in terrible danger. You're an embarrassment, please. Please drive. Trust me, trust me.
