keeper of the strangest, spookiest tales on earth. Today is another Ivy's chilling tale. This creepy,

crawly tale story club members, might make it grab your fly swatter or not it's one I call fly with me

Gina Price was studying for a math test but couldn't focus because of a buzzing fly

As she tried to work out some difficult division problems the pesky insect kept landing on her hand her hair and then her face

It's as if the flying bug was

trying to get her attention, or daring her to swat at it. Oh, you want to play? Gina thought,

well, I've got something for you. She rose from the dining room table and sauntered into the kitchen.

That's where her mom kept the fly swatter. Gina waited for the fly to show up and land, but of course when she was ready for the prey she hunted, it didn't appear.

In the next room, droned the sound of a movie.

Her parents were watching something fun in the TV room.

She wished she could join them, but she had to pass this test as she'd flunked the last one and was on academic probation.

Her teacher, Mr. Alexander,

seemed to have it in for her. It was like Gina was the fly in his classroom, and her math teacher,

the swatter. After several minutes of patiently waiting for the nuisance to land in the kitchen,

Gina returned to her books and papers spayed open on the dining table. She had the swatter at the ready this time.

When her buzzing pest inevitably returned,

she'd be ready to make a move.

Five minutes back into her math books,

and sure enough, the pesky fly returned.

It buzzed at Gina's green eyes,

and she angrily fanned it away from her face.
