He was ultimately sentenced to the maximum sentence that the state of Colorado allows, which included time served.

everything ended. I was so grateful for everybody. He was sentenced in September of 2022,

and he was up for parole in May of 2023. He had been in jail for a year and a half.

The parole hearing, the whole goal is he wants to get out of jail early and the judge

is assessing if he's rehabilitated and can function in society. I just saw this man six months prior
