I trust you all had an amazing three-day weekend.

I know that I did. Well, with that amazing weekend behind us, it's now time to move on to the next gnarly episode. And boy, do I

have a good one lined up for you tonight?

Because this evening we focus on the 27th state admitted to the Union, the third most populous

state in the country, home to various indigenous peoples, which have inhabited that land

for the last 14,000 years.

That's right.

Tonight's tales all stem from the land of the flowers.

La Florida.

Or as we know it today.

Just plain old Florida.

But trust me when I say there's nothing plain about it. Florida is home to a number of infamously haunted locations. It's a known hotbed for UFO activity, and it's home to

a number of purported cryptids, including but not limited to, the skunk ape, mermaids, sea monsters, and of course,

Florida man.

And tonight I aim to explore as many of the Florida legends and stories as we can, beginning

with Tim, who's calling in from, you guessed it, the Sunshine State of Florida.
