Just before 7am on July 6, 2022,

Northern Shore's police arrived at the home of Shandah Arnd.

She was sitting on the front step of her home, hysterically crying.

She claimed her 15-year-old son, Timothy Ferguson, was inside and unresponsive.

She directed police to a makeshift room in the basement, where they found the emaciated

boy covered only in a tarp.

The team had been dead for a few hours.
