Now, on our last episode, we began the harrowing story of Michelle Knight.

Now, Michelle Knight was one of the three women abducted in Cleveland, Ohio,

and held captive for an unimaginable 11 years.

Now, think about that.

Some young girl gets up on a given day and goes out to pursue the agenda for that day in her life,

not knowing that she won't return home for 11 years. When we left off,

Ariel Castro, the father of a girl, Michelle knew, had offered her a ride, but instead of

taking her where she needed to go, he lured her into

his home, tricked her into going upstairs, and then bound and assaulted her, marking the beginning

of Michelle's suffering as his prisoner for over a decade. Now, when you say that kind of real fast, it seems like, wow, how could

that possibly seem okay? Someone lures you into their house and then upstairs. Well, you have to

remember that his daughter Emily was someone that Michelle knew.

So this wasn't some stranger.

It was the father of someone that was at least an acquaintance.

She knew Emily.

And I'd like to note again that Michelle Knight now goes by the name Lily Rose Lee.

But I will refer to her as Michelle for clarity in this story.
