Summary
Today we are joined by friends of the show - and podcast besties - Kristen Meinzer and Jolenta Greenberg. Kristen and Jolenta have spent years living the self-help lifestyle and documenting it all on their podcast By The Book. Their new show, How To Be Fine, puts the wellness world under their funny and humane microscope. They are also astute watchers of Royals and Housewives, and we hope you enjoy this wide-ranging conversation on Royal coronations, Housewives convictions, and the best ways to move on from a breakup.
Also, no worries: Alicia lost her voice, but is on the road to recovery!

| 0:00.0 | So hey, everybody. We are so happy to be joined today by Kristen Minder and Jolinta Greenberg of various podcasts. |
| 0:20.4 | But you have a new show based, I guess, |
| 0:24.1 | on By the Book, where you would read self-help books and follow their advice and then see |
| 0:30.0 | how your lives were made so much better. So welcome to Trashy Divorces. Thank you so much for having us. |
| 0:37.2 | We're still pumped to be here. Yeah, |
| 0:39.1 | we're excited to have you. So we've got like some broad topics because I know we're really |

| 0:59.2 | And we were wondering if you maybe had any insights or updates or interesting stuff to share about the coming of King Charles III. |
| 1:08.9 | Oh, King Charles. |
| 1:10.4 | Well, just a reminder, Charles is already king. |
| 1:13.5 | He became king in September when his mother, Elizabeth, died. |
| 1:17.4 | So the coronation is really ceremonial. |
| 1:21.1 | It's more of a formality. |
| 1:22.8 | It's also a religious ceremony where he gets anointed by the Archbishop of Canterbury and where he essentially |
| 1:28.9 | becomes kind of like half Pope himself in the process with the Archbishop of Canterbury being |
| 1:34.9 | kind of half the Pope and he's like the other half of the Pope for the Church of England. |
| 1:39.6 | But Charles has said in the past that he wants his oath to be different. |
| 1:44.5 | He is, you know, the coronation is in May on May 7th. |
| 1:48.9 | And when it happens, rather than saying like all of his predecessors that he is going to be a defender of the faith upholding the rights of the Church of England, he wants to say he's a defender of faith, |
| 2:03.7 | period, meaning he wants to embrace the fact that the UK is a multicultural place, |
| 2:09.4 | and that means multiple religions. He wants to be more inclusive. So I think that is very forward |
