welcome to another conversation session here in the conversations in Spanish and

other languages podcast I I am Hoyle Sarate. I am your host and it is great to be

here to share another conversation session with all of you.

This time I am sharing with you the first

beginners level conversation with my good friend

Laus Monica from Mexico, and we are having a simple conversation about food, and I am

using the vocabulary for La Comida, lesson one. If you are an intermediate learner or advanced learner, this should be an easy conversation for you to follow and for you to also be proud of how much you know and how much you can easily

understand. Sometimes I think we tend to be hard on ourselves don't we? We look too much at what we do not know, rather than appreciate

how much progress we have made and how far we have come with the languages that we are learning.

So I hope this session makes you feel proud of how much Spanish you know.

Now, if you are a beginner, you may be wondering, can I really understand a conversation? How is that possible? If I am a complete

beginner, how can I understand a conversation?

Well, yes, you can understand a simple conversation,

but you need support from me.

So the most important thing you need to do before you listen to the conversation is to practice

the vocabulary for food, La Comida, lesson one.

I have a vocabulary lesson with a vocabulary video that can help you to learn the
