Now my name is Jeff Dollar, and I'm grateful that our studio chairs are really comfortable.

My name is Cali Dollar, and I am grateful for Steve, Steve works on our team.

And man, does he do a lot for us?

And I just, he's someone that was like a big time executive who's now working for our small

little business.

And so as you probably can imagine, stop, I don't like that language.

We're not small and we're not little.

Okay.

We are a small business now compared to where he was before.

We are smaller than that, but we are, well, listen to what I'm saying.

Limiting language.

So he is from Sirius XM, and then he came to work at 1022 projects.

And so it's a bit different, as you could imagine, and when you work for a smaller company,

you got to like, you know, it's kind of an all-hands-on-deck situation over here.

And sweet Steve just does it with so much enthusiasm and pride, Steve.
