Hey everyone, it's Chloe here and this episode today I think I have to put it in

the category of like top 10 episodes of the entire four years of made for this and why I say that because everyone feels like that to me because we only want to give you guys things that are truly meaningful and encouraging but today feels a little bit different because what you're about to hear the story that you're about to hear from our new friend Kim Fuke Fonte is one that is truly historical and for many of you listening you may even recognize Kim from the news growing up but the reason why we wanted Kim to come and share her story

Sometimes there are stories from Heroes of the Faith that need to be

recorded and shared for generations to come and we feel privileged and

responsible to that end.

And so Kim's story is just one of those.

Kim Fukfantai, if you aren't as familiar

with the Vietnam War, there was a famous photograph

about 50 years ago of a little girl running away

from an attack during the war. This photo was so well known in fact that it got a

Pulitzer Prize because as you'll hear this photo of Kim at age 9, some would say ended the

Vietnam War. That was just the beginning of her healing journey and what's to

come many years later is that her faith is what enabled her to really forgive.

and beautiful story of God's redemption.
