Hey friends welcome back to season 16 of the Old Fashioned On Purpose podcast.

We are back after a little bit of a break

and kicking off a brand new round of episodes and interviews

and all kinds of good stuff. So generally I like to

start off a new season with a bit of a personal update just to kind of give you guys

an idea of what's been happening in our life. We've done a lot of interviews

prior to the beginning of this season,

so I haven't talked a lot about what's been happening.

We've had a lot of big shifts,

but potentially not really outward shifts,

but more inward shifts.

And I've been chewing on that a lot lately so I thought I would take you along for the ride today

Do some some processing here for myself on the podcast and generally those episodes tend to help some of you as well so we'll see how this

goes but I think you'll find it interesting. So welcome to old-fashioned on purpose. This is a show where we look at what we have left

behind as we have raced towards progress and how we can get the good
