We're just south of Sarasota here in Florida.

All right, I'm just a little north of you in North Carolina.

I want to just say, I was sorry I missed the interview with you recently, but we have just

recently sold our house up in New Hampshire and decided that that wasn't for us because

the winters are just too cold up

there and we've decided to come back to our place here in Florida and it was a four and a half

day drive so that's how I come to miss the other interviews well look Rick that's okay
