Well, I was going to start with something else, but I've got to start here right now.

We have breaking news hitting now.

The Iranian Revolutionary Guards Fars News Agency is reporting this.

Sources familiar with details say President Trump's statement on the Iran deal is incorrect.

The framework agreement text is in its final approval stages in Iran, but a final decision has not yet been made. Iran

emphasized it will open the straight according to pre-established agreements ranging from ship inspections to providing insurance for ships for a fee, in other words, a toll.

The president claimed Iran would give up its nuclear program. This is not true. Does not appear in the memorandum of understanding.

The most important condition the president did not mention is the payment of $12 billion from Iran's frozen assets.

According to the framework agreement text, this payment must be made immediately upon implementation of the agreement.

And until funds are paid, Iran will not enter further negotiations.

Also,

there must be a ceasefire by Israel in Lebanon. This is from the Fars News Agency. Now, that's what

makes it so notable is because that is the official mouthpiece of Iran. Now, the president says
