I woke up this morning at 7 a.m. to an alarm going off on my phone.

My son had sent off the security alarm at the house.

And as soon as I got that resolve for him, Delta called with an automatic message to tell me my flight was canceled.

I am now on a late night flight, not an evening flight, and I am sitting with the pores in the back of the plane.
