Well, well, well, Virginia's Supreme Court has killed the Virginia Democrats' 10-1

redistricting plan.

It goes back to the 6 to 5 Democrat Republican map in Virginia.

It was, as I told you.

And I kept telling you, I just couldn't believe they would do it.

I didn't think they'd have the gumption to do it, the testicular fortitude to do it,

even though under Virginia Supreme Court precedent it would be proper.

But they did it for three decision in Virginia.

The Democrats, as I told you, to amend the Constitution in Virginia, it's very simple.

You got to have a legislative session, an election, and then a legislative session.

And they had already started early voting in Virginia when the Democrats wanted to try to do a redistricting plan.

So the election had already begun.
