So I got to start with Jamie Harrison this hour, because this is probably the dumbest thing you will ever hear and it's a remarkable

level of ignorance for the Democratic Party side. So Jamie Harrison, you will recall, was the

chairman of the Democratic National Committee. He was the chairman of the South Carolina Democratic Party.

And he tweeted this, let's stop dancing around it.

Under John Roberts, this is the worst Supreme Court in American history.

Yes, worse than the Tawny Court.

Full stop.

Now, Roger Tawny was the Supreme Court Chief Justice who ruled in Dred Scott.

Dred Scott was the case that said black people could not be citizens and Congress could not ban slavery.

And what he said is that what makes the moment more dangerous is how subtle it can seem.

There's no single headline, a shockiness, a dread, Scott decision, and said there's a slow erosion, deliberate, precise, and lasting.

By the time the consequences are felt by most Americans, the foundation of our democracy may already be crumbling.
