We have to begin with what happened this morning in El Paso. All the airspace got shut down for 10 days.

The Department of Defense was not able to guarantee that civilian aircraft would

not be impacted by military activity. And so the FAA closed the airspace for 10 days. Grounding

all flights, including the flights that were on the ground in El Paso about to take off, they all had to be canceled.

And there was lots of outrage in complaining, and a short time later, the FAA opened the airspace again.

There are lots of questions about why.
