Lemon he has been arrested a federal grand jury indicted him now let me back up here a

federal magistrate judge refused to just sign off on an arrest on Don Lemon a couple weeks ago.

The judge, who's a conservative judge, would vilified by the right for not giving them what they wanted at the time.

But his point was sound that given that Don Lemon claimed to be a journalist,

there needed to be a little more than what the feds just claimed. And so they went out,

they got a grand jury. They took in testimony. And now Don Lemon has been arrested and indicted.

This is a good thing.
