I do have to give you the latest on the Democratic state of play over what happened.

Because, well, we got a lot of moving pieces right now.

The Democrats have now decided in light of the Alex

Prattie shooting to, and I should say Alex Priddy killing, to oppose funding the Department

of Homeland Security. I talked to one of Homeland Security.

I talked to one of the Democrats who is very unhappy about what's going on and wants to shut down DHS funding.

And his concern was more about how Noam and Bovino handled the aftermath than about the shooting itself.

And he privately acknowledges, I don't think he's had any public statements.

I saw one member of the House Democrat, a mega public statement.

But he acknowledges that there is an effort by the left to ramp up protests and have the protest turn violent.

And he acknowledges that Tim Walz and Jacob Bray have overplayed their hands.
