Epiphany is when you celebrate the three wise men, the Three Kings Day, they call it, and it starts the king cakes.

I will be making, my son's already requested a king cake for his school.

He's got a teacher from Louisiana, so I'll be making king cakes for the next several months until we get to Mardi Gras.
