Summary

Picking things up from yesterday’s cold-filled show, there’s yet more chat about showing off and generally being embarrassed by performing. Then David cryptically reveals a very perceptive comment made to him when he was a teenager at school, they try building some self-belief, take a cathartic trip to the beach and come up with some ways to keep their brains sharp.
