that I get a lot whether it's through email or social media or when I'm speaking

on a panel at a homestead event and the question is

where is the perfect place to homesteads? So the answer I'm going to give may

surprise you and I'm guessing it's going to be relevant to your situation

whether you just bought a homestead you're looking to move or you've been working the same piece of land for a while.

So this topic has been on my mind a lot lately,

and I'm going to share why as we get into the episode,
