And I think what we said is, what I said anyway that I was hoping for is that they just give him a chance.

And that's what it is, right, because the confusion for me, the conflict for me is I can completely see the logic of bad

But you can't just remove what happened in the Europa League.

You can't remove the goodwill, the energy, that bounce that can be built upon

and is those sort of intangible elements of sport in general that I think has somewhat been lost

in modern football and that's the bit that makes me sad is that I feel like we'll never know now
