At the bottom of the hour, I'll get into Tom Tillis and his opposition to Ed Martin in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. A lot of activists now deciding that they want a primary Tom Tillis. But I've got to reshape everything I was going to talk

about in light of Leo the 14th, the new Pope.

Because I got to, if you can please separate me and my opinion from just me trying to explain the way the world works to you on stuff, I am, I grew up Southern Baptist.

In fact, I would still be Southern Baptist except for my Southern Baptist preacher when I went to college.

When I went to college, I went from rural Louisiana where I was in the First Baptist Church in

Jackson, Louisiana, tiny town over there, and moved to Macon, Georgia, go to Mercia University,

and went to the First Baptist Church in Macon, that Sunday.

That's now the First Baptist Church in Christ. And there was That's now the first Baptist church in Christ.

And there was a woman in the pulpit speaking. And her argument was that we are, we spend too

much time in scripture and not enough time in the hymdle. We, we were too scriptural and not

sacred enough is the way I remember she put it. And it blew my mind. First of all, you got a woman preaching, and she wasn't like the preacher that day, but they basically handed over the time to her in the pulpit. It blew my mind. I went home. I called my pastor in rural Louisiana. I said, Brother Joe, what do I do? Is there a good Baptist church that I can go to? I just assumed going from First Baptist in Louisiana
