It actually is the biggest story. I want to explain this again. Gosh, I got to use the word

holistically, and I hate to use that word because I have bad memories of that word, dumb memories of the word, but

holistically, we got to explain it. In the United States, we have a Supreme Court, and the

Supreme Court is the Court of Last Resorted. It's the final arbiter, if you will.

There's only a very limited set of cases that are allowed to originate in the United States Supreme Court.

And basically it is when a state sues another state, those cases originate in the United States Supreme Court.
