Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump have just gotten off the phone according to multiple reports, including those from inside

the White House. Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin have just spoken and will begin negotiations

to wind down the war in Ukraine. Donald Trump is now on the phone with Vladimir Zelensky

according to people inside the White House. They are developing

a negotiating team from the United States, led by Marco Rubio, among others, to begin having

the conversations between Russia and Ukraine to wind down the war. This came after an acknowledgement

from Pete Hegsseth in Europe with NATO today, that Ukraine will not be

eligible for NATO and will have to give up territory to Russia, but that the United States will

continue to robustly support Ukraine. That message got Vladimir Putin finally on the phone,

willing to negotiate. We'll see what the terms are and how it goes. This is breaking news
