brisket this weekend I caught my smoker on fire the brisket rendered so much fat and after the

brisket was done I made sausage balls and I just decided I would cook them in the smoker and got it up to 400 degrees.

Next thing I knew when I opened the lid to get the sausage balls out, big fireball came out, fire everywhere, had to pour baking soda all in the pelagra.

It was exciting times.

The sausage balls were hit, by the way, as was the ice cream pie.
