All the Republicans very excited about the inflation numbers came in under projection.

2.6, 2.7%. Now, there is a really, really big caveat.

You didn't know about overall inflation ease to 2.7% core inflation, 2.6%.

Headed down where we wanted to be, there is one catch that a lot of people are missing.

There's no data for October, and the November data didn't get caught until begun until November 12th after the government shutdown.

So they're actually missing a core chunk of data, including more than a week's worth of data inside November.

So it looks like it's come down.
