situation for you. What the heck is going on? If you hadn't been paid attention, Marco Rubio

told a group of senators behind the scenes in a closed-door meeting that he did not like the plan and was not part of the plan and implied very strongly to them that it was a Russian plan.

We know from Bloomberg news that this Ukraine plan is actually a plan that was put forward without a lot of input from anyone in the White House.

It was Steve Whitkoff sat down with his Russian counterpart, and they did it.

And Jennifer Griffin at Fox News and several other reporters had now come out and said that it had the backing of J.D. Vance.

And it was the Vance team that was pushing this plan.

And now there is an effort among U.S. senators on the Republican side and Republicans in the

House as well as Europeans to sabotage the president's plan.

Things look to be in disarray.
