I haven't done this show out of the house in a while, but the kid was well enough to go to school. My wife is now

home resting. Thanks for the prayers and the well wishes. Let's get to the news of the day. The Democrats

are preparing their cave on the shutdown now. However, it comes as Hakeem Jeffries is announcing the Democrats will kill

a Republican plan to pay federal workers during the shutdown. There was some dispute as to whether

they should pay the workers who are furloughed or the necessary workers who are on the job

right now working, particularly in the Department of Defense.

But Hakeem Jeffrey says, not only do the Democrats believe it was unconstitutional for Donald

Trump to have paid the military during the shutdown, they refused to cooperate in paying any

federal employee while the government is shut down, demanding

Republicans come to the table. Now, while this is happening and Hakeem Jeffries is appearing
