Ladies and gentlemen, we got to talk about New York, and I feel a little foolish talking

about New York, because I have long maintained, I don't particularly care about what happens in New York City,

but I realize in so saying that the rest of you care greatly about New York City.

Now, it's not that I mind or don't mind New York City. I actually like New York City.

One of my favorite shops in Americas in New York City.

You will not be surprised to learn that in New York you can find pretty much everything.

They have a bookstore on the Upper East Side on Lexington Avenue called Kitchen Arts and Letters.

And you can find virtually any cookbook ever published in that bookstore.

I mean, you can find cookbooks going back to the 1600s in that bookstore.

And as you may know, if you're a regular listener, I have an obsessive collection of cookbooks. I've got hundreds of

cookbooks. I mean, my wife and kids are like, Dad, do you think you should get rid of them? Absolutely

not. Cookbooks are knowledge. My kids occasionally try to buy me a cookbook, and I'm like, I've already got that one.
