We've got breaking news out of the gate here on the program.

The Supreme Court has just ruled six to three.

The Trump administration may continue its ice raids in Los Angeles.

There's been a lawsuit filed out there that was ordered ice to pause raids.

And the Supreme Court has just said six to three that while the case is pending appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the ICE agents can continue to do their raids.

This should not surprise anyone, and yet the left is melting down.

There is a dissent, of course, from the three progressives on the court, notwithstanding that.

Justice Kavanaugh wrote a concurrence. I vote to grant the government's application for the interim

stay pending appeal. Immigration and nationality act authorizes immigration agents to interrogate any

alien or person believed to be an alien

as to his right to be or in the United States.

Immigration officers may briefly detain an individual for questioning.
