Greetings, conversationalist, it's Eric Erickson, back from vacation.

I went to the beach.

We go to Hilton Head Island every year, which is off the coast of South Carolina, it literally looks

like a shoe the island does. They even refer to when you're getting around the island as

the ankle, the heel, and the toe. It is, it's a wonderful place. We stay in sea pines when we're

there. It's, I just, I enjoy it. So I've been going to Hilton Head

since I was in law school. Had a great friend of mine, Jason, had a house in Hilton had never

been there before. He had several that he rented. He'd actually just interestingly enough,

he'd been in a plane crash, got settlement money, invested well, and bought a lot of property down in Hilton Head and rented out houses, had one, we would go down there all the time, and I fell in love with the island. Just very laid back, I'm not a beach person. Have you seen me? The thought of the sun makes me burn. Chris Chandler, the morning news anchor, my flagship station, WSP, every time he sees me, he's like, what's with your face? You look sunburners, like, because I've been playing golf, and even when I wear sunscreen, I burn. It was like, you got high blood pressure? It's like, no, I don't. I get sunburn. But I love going to Hildenhead because there's golf, there's a dive bar that now my kids are old enough.

I take them to not to drink because they're not old enough for that, but shoot, bull.

And we hang out.

What I note, and yes, this is actually relevant to the whole thing here.

What I note is that good, progressive, rich people also love to go to Hilton Head.
