It's Eric Erickson here across the nation, 8779373425. A judge in Massachusetts, an Obama appointed judge, has declared a temporary restraining order on a provision of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act that would defund Planned Parenthood.

Now, last I checked, the power of the purse resides with Congress, not judges.

And we don't know the judge's reasoning.

David French has made the argument.

It could be viewpoint discrimination.
