It's unwilling to give up Chinese Communist Party control of TikTok, which tells you everything you need to know about the app.

Now, I will tell you, if you're a TikTok user, you might as well download Instagram and get used to the reels.

I think Snapchat and Facebook could be big winners of this.

I don't think the legislation's unconstitutional.
