He's deeply concerned. Democrats seem to always advance the ball and get things done. The Republicans never seem to herd the cats and make excuses for why they can't get it done. He's

deeply frustrated. And I've said, we have a more diverse coalition on our side than the Democrats do ideologically.

We have a wider group of people, moderate conservatives, more independent thinking people.

It's harder to herd those cats.

It's not an excuse.

It's reality.
