The full number is 877-9773-7-4-25. If you want to be on the program, I am very glad to have you. We've got to begin with what is undoubtedly the biggest story of the day. And that is inflation. It has come back. You know, they said it was going away. It was transitory, except when it wasn't. It's not good.

Inflation hotter than expected in March, U.S. consumer prices.

According to the Bureau of Labor Standards or Labor Statistics says the CPI rose 4 tenths of a percent over the previous month and 3.5 percent over the previous year in March.

The trend lines had been good on inflation, and then there was an anomaly last month.

They thought it was 3.2 percent for February and now 3.5%. So it's a month over month increase.

Last month they were saying February probably was an anomaly, except it doesn't appear that February was an anomaly.

It appears that there actually is the inflation situation heating back up in the

country. And that undermines the Federal Reserve. So right now, as the show is live,

right now, the Dow is down 511 points.

NASDAQ is down 186 points.
