Summary

Carrie has a new neighbor, and things don't go great. Miranda has an... incident with her neighbor that leads to a new, but certainly not permanent, living situation. Harry drops some very big news on Charlotte and asks her to keep it to herself. Seema hits up a familiar face (to some of us) for a bank loan. And Lisa finds herself with a work crush. Which is fine.
