This just in, it appears there was a strong crosswind across the river in Baltimore last night

and that given the speed of the ship and the winds and now the

reports they lost main steering and power and mechanical failure, yeah, the wind was blowing

the ship.

In fact, if you watch the video, you see the black smoke coming out of the smokestack,

and it is not going up.

It comes out and goes straight across.

The wind was very strong.

Just mechanical failure.
