And it is my hope that in my state of Georgia they will pass school choice.

There are advances be made in a number of states.

So you know, some states are already leading the way in, for example, Arkansas, Florida,

in Oklahoma, huge school choice movement sweeping Republican states. It is absurd that we're at this point where you go to a school based on your zip code,

and if you live in the wrong zip code, you may be going to a failing school.

It's just kind of ridiculous.
