Rebecca Petty grew up in Wichita, Kansas and was terrified, along with the rest of the city of Wichita, during the reign of the BTK Killer, Dennis Rader. “He was my Boogeyman,” she says.

A tragedy struck her own life in 1999, she became a strong advocate for crime victims and in a strange turn of fate, she began corresponding with The Boogeyman for insight into what happened to family. What happens when you dance with the Devil? Rebecca Petty shares her story.
