I wanna give you a little bit of a history lesson.

In fact, I had to remind myself of it last night. In 1992, when George

H.W. Bush was running for re-election after, read my lips, no new taxes, and then tax increases,

he had won the Gulf War, became the most popular president in American history since George

Washington.

We don't have a lot of real good opinion polling, obviously, back before the invention of phone lines.

But when you look at the support for George Washington compared to presidents moving forward,
