Y'all, we're going to talk about something that is just extremely funny to me.

Kay Cole James was the recently retired now president of the Heritage Foundation. She is a black female, conservative.

And Kay was asked to be on an advisory board with Google over the development of, I think,

artificial intelligence and some other issues.

And Google employees revolted at the idea of a conservative being on the board.

Even though she's a black woman, the Google employees were outraged that Kay Cole James would be on the board

because they needed real diversity.

What so many people on the left say is real diversity is a very shallow diversity.

They want people of different colors so long as they think the same way. Diversity for the left, particularly in academia and business, means skin color
