A former Marine who choked a homeless man on a New York City subway train last year was found not guilty of criminally negligent homicide. Really? Really? That's how you want to review it. Here's the

Wall Street Journal. Former Marine Daniel Penny was found not guilty

of homicide in the choking of a homeless man on a New York City subway. You mean he protected

the people on the train from the crazy schizophrenic. Justice has been done in New York City,

and it's a good thing Daniel Pity was found not guilty.

The problem is every other potential good Samaritan is now going to be discouraged from saving people because they may get prosecuted.
