There's been a massive earthquake in the Pacific off the coast of San Francisco.

Shockwaves felt in the metro San Francisco area and tsunami warning as a result.

It was a actually struck Humboldt County.

A seven magnitude earthquake has struck the San Francisco area.

Tsunami warning has been issued by the U.S.

Geological Survey telling people they should expect a tsunami, a magnitude 7 earthquake.

Originally reported a 6.6, and remember, it's a logarithmic scale, so a 7 magnitude earthquake is actually much more significant than a 6.6 magnitude earthquake.

And there are real concerns about a tsunami rolling into San Francisco.

This is a tsunami warning is now in effect for the coast from Davenport, California to the Oregon-California border.
