recipe. It's a very easy to do gravy recipe.

But one of the things that I despise about cookbooks is they tell you to brown the onion for five minutes.

You can't brown an onion in five minutes, people. It takes 20 minutes on medium heat in butter to get the onions the way you want to get the onions.

And then you don't taste an overwhelming onion flavor. You taste a sweet flavor and it adds some texture and so are the gravy
