There are actually two competing big stories today. The one is Donald

Trump's comments about Liz Cheney, where many members of the press are mischaracterizing it

to suggest he wants Liz Cheney before a firing squad.

What Donald Trump was actually saying was that Liz Cheney should be put on the front lines in a war,

that she's a chicken hawk, he said, or a war hawk.

And they have a way of changing their mind if they were

confronted with being on the front lines course the media willfully

mischaracterizing that and the media is over playing that I'll play you his

remark this was Donald Trump very dumb individual very dumb she's a radical

war hawk let's put her with a rifle standing there with nine barrel shooting

at her, okay? Let's see how she feels about it. You know, when the guns are trained on her face,

you know, they're all warhawks when they're sitting in Washington in a nice building saying,

oh, gee, Will, let's send, let's send 10,000 troops right into the mouth of the

enemy. Very clearly talking about putting Cheney on the front lines instead of our sons and

daughters and watching her change her tune on war. Of course, Liz Cheney characterized this as a

firing squad, members of the press characterizing at a firing squad.

The very same members of the press who were willing to imply an apostrophe in Joe Biden's statement from Tuesday are out to get Donald Trump on this.
