There's breaking news.

The Colorado Supreme Court has just dismissed the lawsuit against

Jack Phillips, the baker and cake artist. Many of you know of this is the Christian cake baker

who declined to create cakes for messages he doesn't endorse. He was taken to the Supreme

Court, vilified as a quote unquoteunquote Nazi, not making that up.

The Colorado Civil Rights Commission chairman compared him to a Nazi for refusing to bake a cake for gay marriage.

His case was thrown out by the Supreme Court and to punish him, a trans activist lawyer went and demanded a cake for the lawyer's gender transition.

Jack Phillips refused and has been back in court on that. The Colorado Supreme Court has now

dismissed that case. I want to talk to you about something sensitive. Well, the topic itself per se is not sensitive, but a sensitive word because it has come up a couple of times in the last 24 hours.

And the word is the one that people don't like you to say anymore.
